All paid services have quality assurance guarantees.
Web Design includes any art required. You may also choose to provide your own assets.
If more than three hours of uptime is lost, two free months of service is provided as compensation. This uptime promise may only be used up to two times per year. You may request refunds of any remaining funds at any time. We will still provide you two months of free services while you search for another host.
